The Oncology Group International SA was incorporated as a limited company by Public Deed No. 1296, issued by the notary 17a Medellin, June 7, 2002, as amended by the following scriptures: No. 2361 of August 24, 2004 of the Medellin Notaría 20 and No. 3374 of November 17, 2004 of notary 20 of Medellin, the establishment of Trade was called ONCOLOGY CLINIC ASTORGA.
ASTORGA ONCOLOGY CLINIC is a service institution Health «IPS» of III level of complexity, Code No. 0500108165-01 Enabling aimed at providing specialized services in Clinical Oncology, Hematology Oncology, Radiotherapy, Oncological Surgery, pain and Palliative Care and Clinical Research. Certified by Bureau Veritas S.A. 2008: in ISO 9001 version 2000, June 24, 2005, with follow-ups in 2006 and 2007. recertified in 2008. In 2009 certification under the new ISO 9001 version is made. In 2010 tracked with extended reach into new services. In 2011 the clinic was recertified with expansion of new services with their satisfactory follow-up audits in 2012 and 2013. In 2014 the certifying entity issuing the recertification, which is valid until September 11, 2017.
INVIMA certified in Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical adjustment and concentration adjustment and mixtures cancer drugs on April 26, 2012, in accordance with Resolutions 1403, 2007 and 2008. Last seen 444 Inspection, Monitoring and control by the INVIMA on 12 August 2014. the clinic has a recognition by the Council of Medellin under Resolution 2015 to 072 in October 2015, for excellence in providing services Oncology, Hematology, radiation Therapy and Pain and palliative Care.

CLINIC ONCOLOGY ASTORGA committed to high quality standards, is certified with ISO 9001 since 2005 and through the ime has maintained its certification and adapted its management system the quality to different versions of the standard and quality requirements. Additionally our Central mixtures is certified by INVIMA in Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice for the adaptation and adjustment of concentration and mixtures cancer drugs since 2012 .
